These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jaay9 platform and all its services. When you open an account on jaay9, access the platform, or use any game or betting service, these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jaay9.

To register and use gaming services on the jaay9 platform, a user must meet the following requirements:

3. You must bet using your own funds — using someone else's funds is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on jaay9 can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳18,000 (maximum cap applies)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time (unless stated otherwise).
• There may be restrictions on which game categories bonus funds can be used for.
• jaay9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or change its terms.
• Accounts may be closed in cases of bonus abuse.

jaay9 offers various types of gaming services including sports betting, casino games, and live casino. Each game category has its own specific rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bet outcomes are determined by the actual result of the event. jaay9 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• Influencing the outcome of an event or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games follow fair play principles. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to ensure impartial outcomes.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a software or connection issue, the bet for that round may be voided.
• Use of any bots, automated software, or assistance tools is prohibited.

6.3 VIP Program

jaay9's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback offer applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. jaay9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaay9. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

1. Registering an account with false or misleading information.
2. Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
3. Bonus abuse or misuse of promotional offers.
4. Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's software.
5. Collusion or placing bets in coordination with other players.
6. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
7. Playing using bots or automated software.
8. Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
9. Presenting yourself as a jaay9 employee or representative.

8.1 Suspension by jaay9

jaay9 may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• At the request of a law enforcement agency.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User
